BABIES IN THE NURSERY
|
Breeding and raising baby birds is a labor of love. We are quite serious about
the health and wellbeing of our babies and expect you will be too. We do
everything possible to provide proper nutrition, veterinary supervision and
entry level socialization while maintaining the highest of husbandry practices
to ensure that as you assume the stewardship of one of our babies it will be a
healthy, well adjusted companion. All of our babies have a complete
health
guarantee. We
want to be secure in knowing that you have chosen the right bird for you and
your family, and that you have received the necessary guidance to make owning
one of our babies a wonderful and rewarding experience. For the
reasons stated above, we will not ship baby birds,. We maintain this
policy because we care. Our
professional staff is always available for post purchase consultation.
We do not take any of our babies to exhibitions or bird shows, they are
not exposed to birds from other facilities.

Great little apartment birds, they make less noise than budgies.
Activity
Level:
High, Self entertaining, They love having vine or whiffle balls in
the cage to push or toss around.
Talking
Ability:
These little fellows are very good talkers and will mimic numerous
household sounds.
Housing
Requirements:
Min, 18D x 18W x 18H
Personality:
Calm, playful, love interaction with their human flock members. A
great little starter bird, wonderful with children and in the proper
environment will keep themselves busy on their own.

Colors
Available: Green, Blue and Pastel-Blue
Noise Level:
Can mimic, but the voice is very small (SOFT) and sometimes is
difficult to recognize words. Native Parrotlet sounds are very pleasant,
chirps and whistles.
Activity
Level:
High, Swings, ladders and perches to stimulate
activity within their enclosure. Small soft chew toys and Sleeping
huts will surely be appreciated.
Talking
Ability:
occasionally may repeat a few words.
Housing
Requirements:
Min, 16D x 16W x 18H
Personality:
Very playful, the smallest of parrots but they rule the roost.
They have no idea they are just "little guys".

Noise Level:
Vocalizations may be shrill at times. Lots of toys and playtime
activity will minimize these occasional disturbances. Their entertaining
personality offsets the noise factor.

High, Swings, ladders and perches to stimulate
activity within their enclosure. Soft chew toys, Puzzlers, and Sleeping
huts will surely be appreciated. Easily learn tricks, eg. roll over,
or play dead.

Ability:
occasionally may repeat a few words.

Requirements:

Personality:
Excellent, Playful little parrots which make a great addition
to the family. Relish interaction but can also be self-entertaining.

Breeding pairs can be loud, however, individual pets are less likely
to screech excessively.

Level:
Active, seriously playful, requires lots of toys and can easily learn
tricks, play dead, roll over and great at retrieving objects.

May occasionlly mimic a few words.

Requirements:
Min, 18W x 24L x 24H
Personality:
Generally sweet disposition, playful and enjoy their out of cage
playtime.
